Workers Compensation Pharmacy billing and collection program is designed to assist dispensing physicians and pharmacies by increasing and improving their overall profitability of running their workers compensation pharmacy dispensing program using pre-packaged medication.

• Payment is guaranteed anywhere from 7, 14, or 33 days depending on the State and the program you choose. The reimbursement amount guaranteed is based on State regulations.

• Payment can vary from one pre-packager to another, and the pre-packaged medication must be registered with Medispan.

• This program only is applicable to workers compensation patients.

• BottomLine Medical, Inc. is fully HIPPA compliant and will assume a business partner relationship with your facility.

• All pre-packaged workers compensation pharmacy claims must be submitted to BottomLine Medical, Inc. within 30 days of the date the medication was dispensed to the worker compensation patient.

• Claims can be submitted electronically, FedEx, via Fax or email using a Patient Information Sheet that has been designed for each individual clinic or an agreed upon information sheet. This sheet must be a single sheet that provides all the necessary information to accept a claim.
